Friends of Arkansas FarmHouse was established as a 501 (c) 3 organization, meaning that donations to the organization are tax deductible. However, the money can only be spent for items supporting education or business meetings.

The purpose of Friends of Arkansas FarmHouse as described in the by-laws are:
To benefit the educational purpose of the Arkansas FarmHouse Association.
To provide scholastic benefit to members in good standing within the Arkansas FarmHouse Fraternity and its affiliated organizations.
To assist in facility maintenance, upkeep, and associated institutional investments required to provide a continuing environment of education excellence for active FarmHouse members and pledges enrolled at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
To further the educational mission of FarmHouse Fraternity at the University of Arkansas and the Arkansas FarmHouse Association and its members or assigns as directed by the membership and Board of the Friends of Arkansas FarmHouse.
